Nice and friendly staff.

This is the first time I write a review ... I could be upset about the unfriendly staff! It's really outrageous how rude the female staff is. If this happens more often, I will complain at a listening position.

Very good cappuccino, tasty baked goods, reasonable prices

In comparison to other bakery chains, Kamps is now "on top" in terms of selection, freshness and customer friendliness. The branch here is well located and nicely decorated. Everything fits.

Flea market. There were 2 inexperienced girls at the entrance. You had to leave your personal details there. Others just went through without it. Some even without a nose and mouth guard. The girls at the entrance didn't point it out either. Many wore them under their noses. Nobody was interested. Although there were / are so many new infections in Kassel, the rules were still not obeyed.

I saw very rude staff this Sunday. With the words: "There it is, where is your problem?" My mistake in thinking is pointed out to me in a sloppy way that I have not yet experienced here. Allowing myself to stand still with several unqualified remarks is bottomless. I live directly across the street and have often been here, but from now on I prefer to go to Willi Bahnhof and have friendly staff

Seller very nice and friendly. Rolls delicious and coffee perfect. Unfortunately, two customers put a table aside on the terrace because it is dirty and an employee sits here on the phone (mega-long fingernails gastro!) And makes the customers aware of the distance rules. Instead of getting a rag, the phone calls continue. Not only distance is important, but also cleanliness. ☺️

Rude staff. The quality of the rolls fluctuates greatly. Dirty tables. Toilets don't work at all. Price in the upper range. Employees should change their shirts regularly. Doesn't look appetizing such a dirty shirt!

Really cool rolls - selection at fair prices, and cheaper than at the new bakery from Morgengold breakfast service, and unfortunately they are usually much smaller there from Klabude's successor ....

18 € for 2 rolls and 2 croissants plus 2 small cappuccinos without fruit. Only one salad leaf and two slices of tomato and then the egg salad and the tuna cream was not there. Totally overpriced ?? The waitresses conversed with the baker and the man got his legs in the stomach. And in the shop it was totally cold. I wonder if in the winter is not heated?
